Software Engineer/Sr.Software Engineer
Eligibility Criteria:
- Years of Experience: 1-5 years
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication/ Tele communication/ Information Science)
- Work on test automation framework development and maintenance.
- Ensure proper version control and maintenance of the framework code, test scripts developed and test environments used.
- Use debugging tools and techniques in Java to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with SDLC and test methodology including test-data management, bug reporting and resolution.
- Work closely with the QA and Product Development group to get more clarity on the product behavior and approach for automation.
- Work with the automation team to get their requirements to update and maintain the framework.
- Strong scripting and programming skills (C++ / Java with any scripting language like Perl/ Python etc.)
- Strong object-oriented programming concepts
- Strong debugging skills
- Knowledge on different GUI Test Automation tools like QTP/ RFT etc.
- Hands on experience developing automation frameworks (“keyword driven & data driven” or Hybrid)
- Need to have basic knowledge on SDLC, testing concepts.
- Awareness of defect tracking and source control tools.
- Understand the regression test cases and create test scripts using the automation framework.
- Automated testing and reporting software defects
- Experience in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing industry.
- Exposure to Linux/Unix
